these earrings are special to me.  they were my husband’s mum’s and his dad gave them to me the day before  our wedding.  when i pull out the beautiful little case they are in and put them on i feel like maybe she’s looking down giving me a smile and blowing me a kiss.

this week i’m joining pip for a week of special stuff. 
not long ago i found a box of papers from a l-o-o-o-ng time ago when i was still at school and my sister was still my little blister.  hidden in the box were two little gems
